After leaving the corporate world behind for good, Chef "Ma Michele" Wilson nurtured her love of cooking and became a chef known throughout the Richmond, Virginia area for her mouth-watering soul food creations.

She opened Ma Michele's Cafe and founded MM&co. in 2015.

But her passion and drive didn't stop there. Michele used her wisdom to help others who were looking to make similar life changes themselves. Budding chefs throughout the region sought out Michele as a mentor for their own goals.

Now Michele runs her brand, Minty's Catering and the Culture Mix Experiment.
